Account and Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full legal name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile to confirm your details. Once verified, your account is active. Deposits and withdrawals become available after you complete KYC by uploading a valid government-issued ID through your account dashboard.

You must be at least 21 years old. Age is confirmed during the KYC verification process. If your submitted documents show you are under 21, your account will be closed and funds returned where applicable. There are no exceptions.

No. ttph enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Multiple accounts result in suspension and forfeiture of associated balances. If you've previously had an account that was closed, contact support before attempting to register again.

Deposits

Most deposits via local banking and e-wallet channels are reflected in your ttph account within minutes. If a deposit hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, contact support with your transaction reference and the support team will investigate.

Yes. Deposit limits can be configured in your account settings — daily, weekly, or monthly caps are available. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately. OTP stands for one-time password. ttph sends an OTP to your registered mobile number for login verification on new devices and for certain account actions. It ensures that even if someone else had your password, they still couldn't access your account without your phone. Never share your OTP with anyone — ttph staff will never ask for it.

Common causes include an incorrect password, expired OTP, or a temporarily locked account from multiple failed attempts. Contact support at [email protected] with your registered email or mobile number. Do not create a second account to bypass the issue — this violates the Terms & Conditions and will create further complications.

Responsible Gaming

ttph provides deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session tracking, and self-exclusion options — all accessible from your account dashboard. Lowering a deposit limit takes immediate effect. You can request self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting ttph support. Temporary self-exclusion runs for a set period; permanent exclusion doesn't expire automatically.
