ttph Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ttph platform, accessible at ttph.vu ("the Platform"). "ttph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform. "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the service.

These Terms govern your relationship with ttph across all products available on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming categories made available. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with online gaming and that participation is voluntary.

ttph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players through the email address associated with their account.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ttph, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the service.
• Not be self-excluded from online gaming or listed on any exclusion register that applies to you.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or a legal entity.

Employees of ttph and members of their immediate families are not permitted to hold player accounts. ttph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including age verification documents. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Verification

One account per person is strictly enforced. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances and winnings. If you have previously closed an account, you must notify ttph before opening a new one.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before deposits and withdrawals can be processed. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and, where required, documentation confirming your payment channel ownership. The verification process is completed within your account dashboard. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. OTP authentication is enabled as an additional security layer — you are responsible for keeping access to your OTP-receiving device secure. Report suspected unauthorised account access to ttph support immediately.

4 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). ttph does not accept deposits in any other currency, and no currency conversion is applied by the Platform. Supported deposit channels include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and local e-wallets where available. The specific channels available to your account are displayed in the Deposit section after login.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to someone other than the registered ttph account holder — are not permitted. Any funds received from third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the deposit section for each available channel. ttph does not charge platform-level conversion fees. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider on their end are outside of ttph's control and responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the payment channel used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to accounts that do not belong to the registered player.

KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. ttph reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for first withdrawals or where transaction patterns warrant additional checks. This is a security measure to protect both the player and the integrity of the Platform.

Processing times vary by payment channel and are estimates only. ttph is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider once the withdrawal has been confirmed on the Platform's side. Withdrawal requests submitted during public holidays or bank maintenance windows may take additional time to process.

Winnings derived from bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The specific terms applicable to any bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ttph offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer on the Promotions page or within your account. These promotion-specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General principles that apply to all promotions at ttph unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address, or device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds after the expiry are forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. The applicable requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• ttph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion and begun wagering will not be retroactively affected by mid-promotion changes to terms unless required by operational necessity, in which case affected players will be notified.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through collusion, multiple accounts, or structured wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ttph platform are final once confirmed. ttph reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined.
• Where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Where there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of the event.
• Where the bet was placed in error due to a system fault on the Platform.

Live betting markets may be suspended during certain periods of a match — this is normal operational practice. Bets submitted during a suspension window are not accepted. All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute about a result, the official record from the governing body of the sport is final.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet apply and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. ttph reserves the right to set individual account betting limits where the Platform's risk management procedures require it.

8 Responsible Gaming

ttph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that the Platform will enforce automatically.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account from the responsible gaming section of your account settings.
• Session reminders: Notifications and session information accessible within your account.

Gaming is entertainment. It is not a reliable way to make money, and no strategy or system guarantees consistent winnings. 9 Privacy and Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the ttph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and ensure the security of the Platform. ttph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

ttph may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is suspected.
• The player is found to have provided false registration or KYC information.
• The player holds multiple accounts.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach, funds may be held pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation finds no fault, remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal channel.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting ttph support. Self-requested account closures are processed as quickly as operationally feasible.

11 Changes to These Terms

ttph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes, ttph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email in advance.

Your continued use of the ttph Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure.
