How ttph Handles Your Data

These cards give you the quick version. The full policy with all the details is in the sections below.

What We Collect

We collect registration details (name, date of birth, email), identity verification documents for KYC, transaction records, device and browser information, and usage data generated while you use the ttph platform.

1 Introduction

ttph ("we", "us", "our") operates the online casino and sports betting platform at ttph.vu ("the Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected from players and visitors in the Philippines.

We take data privacy seriously. This Policy is written plainly so you can understand exactly what happens to your information — not buried in legal jargon. If something isn't clear, you're welcome to contact us for clarification.

This Policy applies to all personal data collected through the Platform, whether through registration, account usage, customer support interactions, or automatic technical data collection. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked to or from the Platform.

2 Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data through two main channels: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically through your use of the Platform.

Information you provide directly:

  • Full legal name, date of birth, and email address at registration.
  • Identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address) submitted during KYC.
  • Payment channel details associated with deposits and withdrawals in PHP.
  • Messages and information submitted through customer support.

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and general location data inferred from your connection.
  • Device type, operating system, and browser information.
  • Session data including pages visited, time on site, and interactions with Platform features.
  • Betting and gaming activity records, including bet amounts, games played, and outcomes.
  • Login timestamps and security event logs.

We collect only the data that is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not collect data we have no legitimate use for.

3 How We Use Your Personal Data

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • Account operation: To create and maintain your player account, process logins, and handle account settings.
  • Identity verification: To confirm your identity and age as part of the KYC process required before financial transactions can be processed.
  • Transaction processing: To handle deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso through your selected local payment channel.
  • Security and fraud prevention: To detect unusual account activity, prevent unauthorised access, and investigate suspected fraud or terms violations.
  • Legal compliance: To meet obligations under applicable laws, including financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Customer support: To respond to your enquiries and resolve disputes.
  • Responsible gaming: To monitor gaming patterns and provide tools that help you manage your activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options.
  • Platform improvement: To analyse how the Platform is used and improve features, performance, and user experience.
  • Account communications: To send transaction confirmations, security alerts, and material account notices.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that has significant legal or similar effects on you without human review.

4 Data Sharing

ttph does not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform — including payment processors handling PHP transactions, identity verification providers, and cloud infrastructure providers — receive data only as needed to perform their specific function. They are contractually bound to handle your data securely and not use it for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose personal data when required to do so by law, court order, or in response to lawful requests from government authorities.
  • Fraud and security investigations: Where we detect or suspect fraudulent activity, we may share relevant data with appropriate parties to investigate and address it.
  • Business continuity: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or significant business restructure, personal data may be transferred as part of that process. Affected players will be notified where required.
Our commitment: We never sell or rent your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or any party for commercial purposes unrelated to operating the Platform.

5 How We Protect Your Data

ttph implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process. These include:

  • SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive personal and financial data.
  • OTP (one-time password) authentication for account access and financial transactions.
  • Access controls ensuring that only authorised personnel can access personal data, and only to the extent required for their function.
  • Regular security reviews and monitoring of the Platform's infrastructure.

No system is completely immune from security incidents. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected players as required by applicable law.

You also play a role in keeping your account secure. Use a strong, unique password, keep your OTP device safe, and do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ttph support immediately.

6 Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period following account closure as required by applicable financial and legal record-keeping obligations. The specific retention period varies by data type:

  • Account registration and identity data is retained for the duration of the account and a post-closure period as required by law.
  • Transaction records are retained for the period required under applicable financial regulations.
  • Gaming activity records are retained for the duration of the account and a reasonable post-closure period for dispute resolution and responsible gaming audit purposes.
  • Technical and session logs are retained for a rolling operational period.

When data is no longer needed and retention obligations have been met, it is securely deleted or anonymised. Anonymised data may be retained for analytical purposes without limit as it cannot be linked back to any individual.

7 Your Rights Over Your Personal Data

As a ttph player, you have rights over your personal data. These include:

  • Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: If any information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that we update it.
  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data where there is no longer a legal or operational basis to retain it.
  • Restriction: In certain circumstances, you can request that we limit how we process your data while a dispute is being resolved.
  • Objection: You can object to the use of your data for purposes beyond the core operation of your account where you have grounds to do so.

To exercise any of these rights, contact ttph support through your account. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any event within any timeframe required by applicable law. Note that some requests — particularly deletion — may not be fully accommodated where retention is required for legal compliance or legitimate security purposes.

Deleting your account does not automatically erase all data immediately. Certain records must be retained for legally required periods even after an account is closed.

8 Cookies and Similar Technologies

ttph uses cookies — small data files stored on your device by your browser — and similar technologies to provide and improve the Platform. Cookies we use include:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These maintain your login session and keep you authenticated. They cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
  • Preference cookies: Remember settings and preferences such as display options to improve your experience on return visits.
  • Analytics cookies: Collect anonymised data on how the Platform is used — which features are popular, how players navigate the site — to help us improve the experience. No individually identifiable data is passed to analytics tools for this purpose.
  • Security cookies: Help detect and prevent fraudulent activity by analysing device and session patterns.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will affect your ability to use the Platform normally. Browser-based cookie controls do not affect any data already collected.

9 Minors

ttph is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is a required part of the KYC process for all accounts.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be closed and the data deleted as quickly as possible. If you have reason to believe a minor has registered an account, please contact ttph support.

10 Changes to This Privacy Policy

ttph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after a Privacy Policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure.

For questions, requests, or complaints relating to this Privacy Policy or how your personal data is handled, contact the ttph support team through your account dashboard or by email at [email protected].

We aim to respond to all privacy-related enquiries promptly. Where a request involves reviewing or acting on your personal data, we may need to verify your identity before proceeding to ensure data is disclosed only to the correct person.
